What to expect
Starting counselling can feel like a big move. Here is how simple we keep it.
Book online or send a message. No referral is needed, and there is no pressure to have the words ready.
We take time to get to know each other. You share what feels comfortable, and we listen without judgement.
We find the next steady step and build on it, at a pace that feels right for you.
